We are pleased to offer a new online booking and resource service for driving instructors. Please note that this is a new service and is currently undergoing testing so although you can register for a free trial, not all facilities are operational at this stage.

Booking systems are nothing new but the vast majority have been based on existing systems created with other industries in mind so have never really suited the needs of a driving instructor.

With our experience of dealing with instructors through our specialist website design service, we have created the control panel system with the emphasis on ease of use whilst allowing the instructor to make the system suit their requirements. For example, with each instructor offering different lesson times, there is no point taking bookings for times that you don't teach so you can very simply set your daily hours.

A key feature of the system is an automatic reminder system that send Emails, and optionally SMS text messages to your pupils who have forthcoming lessons booked. This helps reduce the chance of turning up for a lesson to find that the pupil has forgotten!

As well as an online booking facility, this system offers other features tailored to instructors e.g. pupil progress cards/ These you be customised and then updated with pupil information which they can then view and print from their computer.

If you have handouts that you give to pupils, you can upload these in either PDF or Word format. Your pupils can then download these when required saving you money.

The system is purely web based which means there is nothing to download for either yourself or your pupils making it very simple to get started but with the increasing popularity of mobile devices with internet access, means that you can access your panel when out and about.

It also means that you do not need to have a website of your own to use the system.
